Introduction:
Established in 2001 by a group of dedicated, experienced and enterprising academicians, National Integrated College (NIC) aims at imparting need- responsive quality education for the current and future generations of students. It is evolving, at a faster rate, as a unique center of learning, where each and every student can have the best opportunity for exploring and developing his / her full potential.

NIC is privileged to have a number of renowned secondary schools of Kathmandu valley as its root schools. In lieu of the institutional sustainability that these schools are ensuring, NIC is morally accountable for providing quality education to their students. This has provided a wonderful opportunity for re-engineering the learning environment, if necessary, in consultation with the root schools to facilitate a smooth transition of students from school education to college education.

There is a plethora of institutions in the area. However, NIC has observed that they have failed primarily in bringing out the aptitude of the students. NIC believes that this gap can be bridged only with the direct involvement of capable and dedicated promoters as management and faculty members in the institution. Constant personal and professional touch of visionary promoters with the students helps them understand the lacuna and address it effectively.

NIC has an Advisory Board of renowned Professors from various disciplines, who frequently offer their invaluable advice on how to translate NIC vision into reality.
