Business Development officers(BDO)
The role: play a key role in generation, development and realization of business opportunities in the Retail Banking unity by strategizing and building customer relationship and networks.

At least a Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field.
Preferably one year(1) of banking experience
Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills Self starter/ ability to work independently and in a result oriented environment Able to turn prospective leads into business for the Bank.
3. Management Trainees and Assistant/Relationship Managers
Fresh graduates and/ or individuals with banking experience are encouraged to apply for the role of management Trainee or Assistant/Relationship Manager for our corporate Banking units at Kathmandu, Birgunj, Pokhara, and upcoming Branch at Bhairawa and in other new branches in and outside the valley.
The Role:
