KATHMANDU 13 DEC: As a part of their third phase of protest Maoists on Sunday declared Seti-Mahakali republican state from Doti and Tharuwan republican state from Nepalgunj.
Narayan Kaji Shrestha, vice chairman of Maoists, Post Bahadur Bogati, secretary of the Maoists and other leaders are participating in the programme in Dipayal while CP Gajurel, Lila Mani Pokharel and other leaders are attending the programme in Nepalgunj.
Earlier the Maoists had declared Limbuwan state from Terathum and Kochila state from Jhapa on Nov 11.
