Senior political leaders have appreciated the selfless devotion and contribution to the nation made by Nepali Congress founder leader Krishna Prasad Bhattarai.
On the occasion of the 86 th birthday of leader Bhattarai, they discussed his contribution for democracy, peace and non-violence at Osho Tapoban.
President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav said Bhattarai is known as one of the cleanest prime ministers of South Asia, while Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal said those creating unrest in the country should be brought to the peaceful Tapoban to put them on the right path.
Leader Bhattarai said he realized his contribution to the nation hearing the words of praise about him.
Ministers, top leaders of various political parties, CA members, high-ranking government officials and distinguished personalities were present at the programme.
